This policy explains what information the Marquee IQ app and this website collect, and what we do with it. Marquee IQ is made by Marquee IQ Ltd (company number 17545641), which is responsible for your information.
The Marquee IQ app works out load lists on your phone. The jobs you create, the sizes and options you pick, and the counts you tick off are stored on your device. We don't collect them, and the app doesn't need an account.
The app doesn't use advertising, doesn't track you across other apps or websites, and doesn't sell any information.
If we add features that need information to leave your device (for example sharing jobs with your team), we'll update this policy and tell you in the app before anything is collected.
If you contact us, we'll use your name, email address and anything you send us only to reply to you and help with your request. We keep emails for as long as we need them for that, and no longer than two years unless you're a customer.
This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. The page loads its font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
